JHP Training - Top 10 National Training Provider, 25 years of experience delivering over 300,000 qualifications to over 250,000 companies.

Targeted Training Projects - A logistics specialist training provider based in the West Midladns with a history immersed in the the Logistics sector. Targeted Training Projects became the First Training provider in the UK to obtain the Training Quality Standard with Excellence in Freight Logistics and Warehousing acknowledging its expertise in this field!

LATA - We aim to revolutionise and remove the barriers for companies of all sizes to take on apprentices in a flexible way to meet their needs and still get the benefits from taking on young, dynamic local people. This is made possible by LATA directly employing the apprentice and training the apprentice to meet your needs.

What is an Apprenticeship
Apprentices combine work with training and do real jobs for real employers so get paid while the apprentice learns. An apprenticeship is made up of a framework that comprises of i) Employer Rights & Responsibilities ii) A vocational qualification iii) A technical certificate iv) Key Skills/Functional Skills.

Apprentice Recruitment
Because LATA directly employes the Apprentice on behalf of the 'host' company, we remove all the usual HR hassles. We offer a complete payroll service in which PAYE , National Insurance, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay and ongoing HR are all included along with 'Host Company' discounts and benefits for all your workforce!

Competency and Skills Matching
Our experienced team work directly with the apprentice and employer to ensure a perfect match. We use industry and job role specific competency matching matrix's to ensure the appropriately skilled apprentice is matched to the specific job role.

Liaison/Mentoring Service
Throughout the programme we offer a liaison and mentoring service between the apprentice, training organisation and 'host' employer to ensure all needs and expectations are being met.

Advice, Information and Guidance
Targeted Training Projects and JHP Training are Matrix accredited and every new apprentice is given initial and diagnostic skills testing leading to individualised learning programmes by specialist trainers.

The Safety Net
If things are not working out, our unique safety net gives both the employer and apprentice a simple and painless 'return and replace' option!
